Vision
A heartfelt vision for the people of the community by Pastor Burton Bundy and some local residents was the initial start for a Lutheran Brethren church in Watford City, ND. After a citywide meeting in the summer of 2009, it was decided to hold the first gathering in October. An agreement was made with the First Presbyterian Church to use their facilities until the congregation could establish a home of its own.
Just before the startup Pastor Bundy became ill and was unable to continue his ministry. A group of 13 met together and after prayer decided to go ahead. The endeavor was named Living Faith, knowing that is what it would take to make it happen.
